St. John’s School for Girls was setup under the banner of The Diocese of Agra (Church of North India). It was established in 2015 as a vision of The Bishop (The Rt. Rev. Dr. Prem Prakash Habil), Diocese of Agra (CNI) to work for the upliftment and emancipation of girls through education.
The school started as a primary school in the hostel building of St. Thomas School which was setup in 1960. To retain the historic nature of the school, the earlier building was retained but the rooms renovated to provide spacious, well- ventilated classrooms, library and well equipped laboratories. It has a well maintained playground. The school imparts education from Nursery to class VIII. The school aims at the all-round development of girls and strives to mould them into dedicated, sincere, illustrious and morally strong citizens of the country. The school seeks the upliftment of Women and Girl Child as the foundation of the school.
